Baby arms through crib

My 13 week old keeps sticking her arms through the slats in a crib. She's in a sleeping bag usually and doesn't have a bumper but I'm worried about her hurting herself. I can't put her in a bigger cot as we barely have room for a crib in our room and I'd rather not move her out until she's bigger.
I had a mesh bumper with my older children but got rid of it as heard it wasn't safe. Any suggestions for what to do? She's a light sleeper and when I gently move her arms she wakes up and she hates being swaddled.

We got these, they’re for a cot which is what we used them on! But if I remember correctly they’re Velcro so you might be able to shorten them.
