What age did you put your toddler to bed with a duvet cover and pillow? My daughter is 14 months and just wondering what age do you switch from Grobags?

Ds stayed in a sleeping bag until he was 2 and a half. Duvets (max 4.5tog) and pillows are considered ok from 1 year
