Hi, my son used to be so good with his sleeping. Bed for 8pm then up for 6am now its 7pm to 3am. What has happened here? He is 3 years old and on the asd path way. Now would that have anything to do with it or is this just his body clock? I've tried putting him to bed later but as he's up from 3 he's tired by 5 I have to keep him awake. Any advice please? From a tired mum and dad xx
