How do people feel about Co sleeping with a new born? How were people's experiences with this?

I co-slept on and off with DD. Usually started the night in her Moses basket and then moved her in when she was hungry. Read all the guidelines to do it safely. None of us would have got any sleep otherwise. Don't take my advice though - DD was a terrible sleeper.

On a friends recommendation, I used a next to me crib with all 3 of mine - it was brilliant as I breastfed them - I was gutted when they got too big but then I put them in a cot in our room as I fed all of them until around their first birthdays and it was just a lot easier, then moved the same cot into their own rooms which made the transition easier - I've attached the link for you to see, there's lots secondhand too

I used a next to me crib as well and it is safe to say they are fantastic - i have seen this one at a fab price online: www.oliversbabycare.co.uk/product/chicco-next2me-side-sleeping-crib-elegance-ccs/

Hope this helps!
