Since 4 months our DD woke every 2hrs through the night. She's now 8 months. A couple of months ago we did start some training which was really successful in that she would go straight to sleep when put down, even during training she never cried for more than a few minutes. Then went on holiday which smashed it all up and ended up back two hourly.

Back from hols and to training and a few weeks ago managed to get down to one wake per night. She's breastfed with 3 small meals a day so I was pleased with this. Managed to move her into her own room even.

However think she's now teething as we've had a difficult week she's fractious and is shoving fingers fist in her mouth. She already has three teeth but didn't seem bad when those came through.

We're now bad to really bad sleeping she's waking every hour or so. I hate to think she's in pain so we're back to co sleeping and feed when she wakes as I'd heard its a comfort to them. The only niggle is she goes down for naps just fine so maybe I'm overimagimg the pain.

Feel like I've undone all our good work and also a bit of a despair as felt we were getting somewhere and now back at square 1.has anyone else had this? Feel so low at times I have no idea what I'm doing.
