How long does the 9 month sleep regression last!

Currently on the 5th week and seeing no light at the end of the tunnel.

Ds was a great sleeper prior to this - around 8-7. Now it's gone to pot. Waking 4-5 times a night.

He's moving around so much in his sleep, and he's had a cold and teething. It could all contribute I suppose.

Please say it ends soon! And if it doesn't, just lie to me 😂

We’re still in the 4 month one (at 9 months) so no idea!

My other dc have gradually improved their sleep from 10/11 months though so hopefully not too much longer

I could have written your exact post. My DD (9 months) has never been a good sleeper, but we've had over a month of multiple wake-ups, middle of the night screaming fits, accidental co-sleeping (any port in a storm!) and wanting to breastfeed for an hour at a time. It's been absolutely hellish. And last night - for the first time in her life and completely out of nowhere - she slept through from 7pm to 6am. No idea if she'll ever do it again, but hopefully some encouragement for you that it will end eventually!
