My 2 Year Old Won't Sleep Please Help

As the title says- My 2 Year Old Won't Sleep. I put her down with cuddles and however much milk she decides to guzzle and then every time I try and leave she gets up and cries 'MUMMY' for around 3 hours every single night, she also still wakes up multiple times in a night. I am a single parent I don't have help and I feel like I'm losing my mind, I'm crying with frustration every night and I get so angry. Before I would just put her in the cot when I'd been with her for ages and she wouldn't sleep and she's go down after a couple of minutes but now she climbs out of the cot and opens all the doors in the house although I often hold it shut while crying desperately on the other side. I feel like I have no time at all for myself and I'm so exhausted and I absolutely hate my life and being a parent. Please help me how can I get her to sleep?

Dear OP, that sounds hard. What's her sleep like during the day, does she nap late? A consistent day time sleep waking before 2pm might help. She needs to be tired but not over tired at night. Do a bath, story, milk cuddle. Dont talk or engage at all once last cuddles are done, just keep putting back to bed and saying its sleep time now. It may take weeks but be try and persevere.
