When did you drop the last nap?

Our nearly 25mo has never been a great sleeper. He's up with the Lark anywhere from 5-6am. He normally is asleep by 7:30pm.

We're down to 1 nap of 1-1.5 hours total.

When did you know LO was ready to drop that last nap and did their overall night sleep improve?

DS is 2.3

Some days he has an hour nap, some days he doesn't but bedtime is earlier and easier. Doesn't actually tend to sleep better on those nights, probably overtired

Cheers @Harrysmummy246 He went to bed really easy last night but slept through till 5:25. So normal wake up time but easier routine.

We went through a phase starting at 2.3 where she'd happily nap during the day but wouldn't settle until 8.30-9pm. The nap started later and got shorter and shorter (an hour in the end) but still it was a 8.30-9pm bedtime (although she'd be in bed by 7.30 and just be chatting and singing to herself). Then one day (2.7) she just refused to nap and actually it made everything a lot less stressful - she was zonked out by 7pm so I got to have a "proper" evening and I didn't have to worry about her waking the baby with a top-volume rendition of The Wheels on the Bus Grin Still miss nap time a bit though. No more daytime TV for me!
