Not quite 2 year old barely naps

My nearly two year old has never been the best napper but over the last few weeks she's gone from having one quite good nap a day ( usually around 1 and a half hours) to barely sleeping for 20-30 mins . She's happy to go for a nap and asks to go to bed but just doesn't stay asleep! She cries and is tired when she gets up after her nap . She is also very tired by bedtime and this makes her really grumpy! She sleeps 1900-0530 ( if we are lucky , sometimes it's more like 5am) and no amount of changing nap times helps with early waking . I just get worried as everyone else I know with similar aged children have naps that last 2-3 hours and who sleep 7-7! Will this lack of sleep hurt her? Thanks in advance!

Your little one is exactly the same as my son was - even now we've dropped the nap he only sleeps 19:45 - 06:00. Before when he was napping it was 20:00 - 05:00/05:30 with possibly being up for 1-2 hours in the night.

Thanks @MamaOfWobbles ! Glad to know it's not just my DD who is like this. I live overseas in quite a small expat community and everyone else has at least 2 hours a day of peace! Also there is no such thing as 'tiring DD out' no amount of physical activity makes a difference either to her nap or nighttime sleep!
