Morning Everyone.

Just wondering if there's anything I can do to stop my 3yo from walking early? So he usually wakes around 5:45am ish and is ready to go! We recently started potty training (he's doing great) so just wearing a pull up at night, so when he wakes he hates his nappy and wants pants on. Of course I get up (he has a wee) and put pants on etc but he couldn't go back to sleep.

We've tried gro clock etc which did work (at least he was happy to stay in his room a little longer) but now not sure what to do as he immediately wants to get changed.

He usually sleeps through (has had a cough lately though) and goes to sleep around 6:30/7am.

It's not the end of the world but I wondered if there were any tips out there? Thanks xx

Forgot to say that later bedtime means he's still up at the same time. (He fell asleep at 7:50pm last night and was up at 5:45am)
