Hi all, this has probably been posted before so please forgive me if it has.

I'm needing any advice or helpful tips on how to help my 3 year old stay in her room all night, she still doesn't sleep through I don't know why.

She's still In a cot in her room as I'm in a flat and she gets out of her toddler bed and she can open baby gates. I'm terrified she will wake and sleepily make her way to the landing and fall on the stairs.

She goes to bed in Her own room perfectly fine but when she awakes the first couple of times I can put her back down and say bedtime and she will go back to sleep.

The problem is she awakes later on and won't go back to sleep unless I bring her into my bed. I can't let her cry it out because then she wakes her 1 year old sister in my room and she's even more problematic to get to sleep.

When I bring her in with me she will mess about if she wakes up and disturb her sister in the cot and deliberately wake her so we're all exhausted the neighbours also have a baby in the room below hers and a 2 year old in the room below me so crying it out isn't really an option. Has anyone any tips or advice. Tia
