3:45 wake up everyday

18 month old wakes up at 3:45 everyday.
Goes to bed at 7pm, sleeps through till then.
If I bring her in to feed she has a quick breast feed then is ready to rock and roll for the day.

How can I 'explain' now is not getting up time?

What happens if you don’t offer a feed at that time? Does she nap in the day?

Today I offered water and put her back in the cot. She just screamed blue murder for half an hour until I went and got her.

She only naps for a maximum of 30 minutes around 11am and that's it for the day.

It's killing me off
