Breast feeding and co-sleeping

Good morning!
I'm wondering if there are experienced Mummas out there who know about co-sleeping and night weening?

My bubba is 1 - she goes to sleep in her cot which is in my room, and then comes in with me when I go to bed. Co-sleeping has had so many benefits for us (so there is no point in telling me why it's not good, with all due respect) but I am soon to move her to her own room (the lodger is moving out so she'll have her own room for the first time) so that will be a bit of a challenge I'm sure, but all really positive in the end! One of the plus's with co-sleeping for us is that I get so much sleep, so I'm a bit nervous about the transition! But anyway, in the meantime, how to ween her off the boobie at night! Especially while she's still so close to me, physically. Does anyone have experience it tips? And how long'ish should I expect it to take? I'm back at work and so quite worried about starting to have sleepless nights, when we have slept so well until now!
