Smoking and sleeping

Me and my partner do not smoke at all. But last night we were out with friends and both stupidly had a few drags of their cigarettes (DP more than me).

I usually cosleep with my little boy and will have him back tonight. I know the guidelines of no cosleeping when smoking, but am i being OTT to think this applies in this situation?

Im worried sick and am so annoyed at us both.

Thank you.

A few drags won’t matter. The advice is aimed at smokers as in people who are regular / full on smokers. Don’t worry. Same with alcohol.
