...putting her down earlier?

Wondering how I can get my DD down earlier?
Currently she will go to bed anytime from around 8.30pm to 9.30pm...and with one or two short wake ups...will generally sleep through from 10/10.30pm to 9am next morning.

Naps from 1.30pm/2pm anywhere from 1.5hours to 2 hours.

She's 14 months.

I've tried waking her at 8am but she's just not tired until later.

Trying to get an evening.

I’d wake her at 7am and try this for a week or two, everything will be brought forward by 2 hours so she should be ready for bed around 7. It’s worth a try but you would need to do it for s week or two to alter her body clock.

I agree with pp, try waking her at 7am and be consistent. People will say never wake a sleeping baby but that's bs and getting your child into a routine which will also keep you sane is more important imo.

Wake her at 7 and put her down for a 2 hour nap 12.30 til 2.30 and 7pm bed time. Also routine is key, so bath at 6, followed by story and bottle then give her 15 minutes to fall asleep.
