Alternatives to a sleeping bag for 1yo

My 16 month old daughter has decided she hates her sleeping bag (a Gro-bag type) and desperately wants it off.

Problem is she is a very wriggly sleeper who moves from one end of the cot to the other each night so moving to a quilt feels a little worrying.

I've seen wearable suit-type sleeping bags but the issue seems to be that she doesn't like something on her chest, she has become the same with cardigans as well. Have tried a bigger sleeping bag but she still wasn't keen.

Any ideas or is it just another storm to ride out Smile

would she tolerate a sleeper like this? you could put fluffy socks on her feet as it doesnt have foot coverings

Sadly not sure she would but thank you so much for the idea - I might end up trying it!

DS stopped wanting sleeping bags around 12 mo and to be honest at 2.3 we're only just occasionally keeping a blanket on him. But he is a HOTBOD- he's often just fine even with his PJs riding up so his belly is out
