Why does my baby wake at exactly the same times every night?

DS is 6 months old, previously a good sleeper, not exactly bad at the moment but not as good as he was. For the last 7 nights in a row he has woken up at 4:20am every night. He is half asleep but crying, has a quick feed and then goes straight back down. I have tried leaving him to see if he settles as his eyes are still shut but if I do that then he eventually wakes and properly cries. Then for the last 3 nights he has woken up at exactly 1:10am and then again at 4:20. It’s pretty much to the minute! Why is this? Is it sleep cycle related? Last night I woke around 4am and stayed awake to see if there was any type of noise or alarm that could possibly be waking him, or the heating coming on, but there was nothing. I don’t mind if he’s hungry I’m just interested to know why this might be?! His naps haven’t changed recently, he has around 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. Weeks ago he would only take 30 min naps. He has a slight cold and is teething at the moment. TIA!

Anyone? Sad last two nights have been the same, 04:21 and 04:22. He doesn’t settle back down until he’s had a feed, but he only has a few short sucks until he’s asleep again so I don’t really think he’s waking from hunger. I can live with it and I know it could be worse but it’s just driving me mad as to why it could be. Could he be cold?! He’s in a 2.5 tog sleeping bag.

Not sure why but will he accept a dummy? Or do not like the idea of dummy.
Just thinking it could save the few sucks to feed and might send him back off
