Hi, I have an 18 mo, she used to be really good at settling for her nap(s) and on a night, but recently (I’d say the last month) she is taking anywhere up to 1.5hr to settle. Sometimes she will settle really quick for her daytime nap but come bed time, it’s like she can’t switch off. She will just lay quiet (most of the time) but tossing and turning, if I leave the room she cries.
Before all this I used to be able to leave the room after her story was finished and she would settle and be asleep within 15-20 mins herself.
What’s gone wrong 
??
She normally has a bath, then a bottle, story and bed.
