My DD is 2.5 and a joy during the day but the devil at night! With lots of bribery, star charts and general OTT praising we have mastered getting her to sleep but she wakes up between 3 and 5 as she is cold. She will not keep her duvet on even though we have bought her every cover under the sun but she pushes it off and even if we drape it on her asleep she wakes up in a real tiz!
i was going to get her a fleecy all in one suit to sleep in but she we are also lifting her up to go to the toilet when we go to bed so the thought of unzipping and pulling arms out, PJ's down and all up again fills me with dread that she will wake up then! She goes to bed with a t-shirt under her PJs and thick bed socks but its not that cold - dreading the winter! Thought about taking her to a shop and letting her choose a special (big!) fleecy throw or something and making it sound like a real treat?
Can't understand it, she sleeps with a muslin square wrapped around her head but doesn't want the duvet! any suggestions PLEASE ....!!!
