12 week old has FOMO when it comes to daytime naps

Our 12 week old is a fantastic sleeper at night and has gone pretty much through the night since 6 weeks - which is great!

But during the day she fights sleeping with everything she has, and if she does drift off her internal alarm clock seems to wake her at 30 mins. The poor little thing gets so tired she's in tears but won't give in. I've tried her cot, I've tried the sofa (I know it's not recommended but she used to love it) and I've tried the pram but nothing.

Any suggestions or ideas would be gratefully appreciated!!!

Thank you!!

Sling? DD likes being high up and part of the action and then it's her choice to turn away and sleep, IYSWIM, instead of the enforced sleep nature of cot or lying down in pram.

She also does 30 minutes on the dot, think it's developmental and she'll do longer when she can tire herself out running around.

Covered up in pram?
Try a snooze shade. My DS would not sleep if he could see what was going on!
Covered up and pushed up and down he would be gone within 10 mins. We then left him covered until we wanted to wake him.

Was the best baby thing i bought. He was a terrible sleeper/napper and it really helped!

Our saviour is bouncing on the yoga ball. It does send me loopy sometimes but it almost always works. My DS has serious fomo too and hates almost everything apart from the sling.
