Naps!!

Hi all.

Can any of you pass any advice to me?!.... my baby is 5 months now and will not nap in her cot. She sleeps fine at night in it, but in day she will not do it and will only nod off on me, and then it's only for 40mins.
She always rolls, kicks and ends up down the other end of the cot (is this normal?) I'm litrally at my wits end.
We try and have quiet time before naps and do it before shes really tierd, but still nothing is helping :(

This is completely normal. Almost every mum I've spoken to say the same about their babies and naps. Unless some sort of sleep training has taken place.
My son is 4 months and exactly the same. I either use pram of car seat for naps. Or he falls asleep on me. I'm just rolling with it for now, too young to enforce napping in cot if they are not liking it.
Have you checked out Lucy Wolfe? She has some great advice about day time naps on her instagram account.
So long as your baby is getting some rest throughout that day, I wouldn't stress about where it takes place.
