15 week old long naps

Hi all

My 15 week old likes to have a long nap in the afternoon lasting 2.5 hrs, sometimes more. It can be anywhere from 12-2pm or 2-4pm.

Question is, should I wake her? If I allow her to sleep will this affect her night sleep!

She currently wakes 2-3 times in the night. She is ebf and feeds every 2 hours in the day and 3-4 hours at night.

I just can't seem to get a routine going!

My DD is 14 weeks and has 1 long nap of 2 or 2.5 hours in the morning then 2 shorter ones. Her awake time is about 2 hours and then she needs a nap.
It wont affect your littlens night time sleep especially if its not later than 4pm.

At 15 weeks I really dont believe anything is set - I think you are way too early to worry about daytime sleep affecting night time. Enjoy the rest!

Make the most of it! My dd is the same age and is basically car napping for 10-15 minutes at a time. She's fighting it so badly at the moment. Only consolation is she's out like a light as soon as she's dressrd in babygro and sleeping bag for the night.

I wouldn't worry. Their sleep changes so much at this age. Just go with the flow.
