Hi mummies
My little girl has not been the best sleeper over the years, but when she's had a really busy/exciting day that night she wakes a lot more. From my understanding it's because their bodies release adrenaline and their little bodies can't deal so well with it.
She started school this weeks and is massively overtired, we are doing an earlier bedtime but she is waking lots in the night and therefore tired the next day, we are in a viscous circle.
Any ideas to help this at all please?
