Never learnt to self settle due to eczema and now we’re stuck

So 10 month old DD was a fair sleeper as a newborn but hit the four month sleep regression at the same time as developing quite nasty eczema. Since discovered that it was caused by egg and dairy allergies but the only way to control her itching at the time we found was to cosleep.

Now her itching is better (not 100% under control but working on it) however her sleep is atrocious. Mostly refuses the cot unless deeply asleep and will wake up after 45 mins to an hour in it. We’re trying to get regular morning and afternoon naps but it is often a struggle to put her down (I’m currently sat in her room with her on me as she’s screamed every time I try to put her down!). By 11 or so every night she’s in with us and breastfeeds multiple times throughout the night.

I’m looking to reduce/ stop night feeding and get her into the cot... but I’m really unwilling for this to involve leaving her to cry. Sitting next to her and pat shushing, and pick up put down have not been successful. Are there any other techniques to try?
