19 month old regressing!

My 19 month used to be an awful sleeper between 6-12 months. Gradually got better after 1 and when we put her in a shared room with her older sister (3) it was a dream. Older sister has always been fine at sleeping!

Bedtime is between 7-7:30 and no problems there. 19 month old does have a dummy for sleeping, a loved cuddly and a soft blanket all which make it easy to go down.

Between 2-4am for the past 3 weeks she has been waking up and coming through to our bed and just not sleeping. Not interested in dummy or a cuddle. Will jump on the bed, pull my hair, just generally muck about for at least 2 hours if not more.

Any tips on how I can get my sleeping child back Confused
