Moved to one nap

First time Mummy here...

My 13 month old has moved to just one nap during the day....she wakes up anytime between 8.30am and 9.00am most mornings. Occasionally a night wake and a little resettling from between bedtime at 8.30pm and 11.30pm...sleeps an hour goes back after 15/30 mins etc...but all in all I think she's an ok sleeper. Would like a bit more of an evening with hubby though!!!

So I'm considering waking her earlier in the morning- say 7.30am/8am. Very much baby led where she wakes happily and chatting.

This might mean back to two naps?

Current nap is after 9am wake up : 1.30pm/2pm usually for 90 mins to 2 hours....

Any advice much appreciated

She should still be able to do one nap waking at 7-7:30 and nap starting at 12/12:30 with bed time at 7pm
Just make the transition from current timings to new gradually and she should be fine. Good luck!

@BelleCarig thank you. I was just unsure about the one nap that's been occurring.

I would like to wake her earlier as I find the mornings more productive than the evenings... if that makes sense! Energy wise we play heaps, read and head out to the park etc.

I'm going to start with a few 7.30am wake ups see how I go.

My 13 month old is up between 6-7 and naps 12-2 most days. Should be fine but might take a week or so to get her use to it

@SS1987 thank you

Have had some bad teething nights recently!

Shall wait to see how things settle down but still a nap around 1.30/2 for it seems an hour and 15 mins exactly!!! But that could just be down to teething!!

I'm hoping it works...I do feel I have no time in the evenings at all. If she's going to bed at 8.30pm/9pm and then the wake ups till 11/12.......
