Tantrums at bedtime - help

DD is nearly three. She's recently started missing her nap and we have a 3mo DS too.

Bedtimes used to be easy - bath, story and bed. She now turns feral the minute DH takes her up for a bath. DH ends up rocking her to sleep naked then putting her nappy and pjs on when she's asleep. Takes ages and it's doing his back in.

Any tips? I know it's a phase we need to wait out and she's adjusting to DS and not napping. Do we put her down earlier? Skip the bath? Should I get her down? Usually DS is ready for a feed by then so I stay downstairs with him.

Help? She's jumping and howling...
