There isn't anything much you can do I'm afraid. The good news is that although it's thoroughly unpleasant for you, apparently they (dc) can't remember them.

Could there be a reason for the night terrors? My dd only seems to get them really badly when she's had very poor sleep for a few days in a row. She often screams or cries out when sleeping but only has the hysterical, screaming, flipping about terrors when she's seriously exhausted.

Had him at the doctors todays. He said he's over stimulated from th day and his brain developing. Bed time is 7 so from 4 make everything calm, no rough play, bath before bed etc. He's 3naps a day. 2 short and 1 long. Long 1 is around 1 and half hours. I really dont know why he's getting them. It's every night since he was nearly 4 months old. I really thought he was too young for them but apparently not :(
