Rocking!!

Does anyone have any advice/tips/moral guidance(lol) in how to get a nearly 5 month old to stop being rocked to sleep😩 he is getting too big for his next 2 me and will be in his own room soon in a cot that defiantly doesn't rock.. sos 😂

What's your bedtime routine? If he has always been rocked to sleep, that's all he's ever known so will be a tough habit to break but doable.

I would ease the rocking but still have cuddles so not totally cold Turkey.

Bed time he's pretty good and can fall asleep himself after getting drowsy having a bottle but nap times are an absolute no go without a rock he just will not give it xx
