Baby writhing and grunting in sleep

As the title says really, my 7 week old DD writhes and kicks her legs, while grunting, for hours on end while asleep. She sleeps really well, for several weeks now she’s slept from approx 10pm-5/6am without waking for feeds but from around 2/3am she is loudly grunting and kicking her legs out, bringing them up to her tummy and general looking and sounding very uncomfortable. But every time I check, she’s still completely asleep, plus when she does wake she doesn’t have a dirty nappy, and isn’t desperate for food (just hungry as normal) so I don’t think it’s discomfort from anything like that. I’m assuming it’s not painful for her as otherwise it would presumably wake her up, but is it fine? Can I do anything to ease it? Not only does she seem uncomfortable, but it keeps me up as well. I’m a terrible sleeper and even though she sleeps through the night, I’m up from 3ish because of her noises (I know generally I am very lucky with the amount she sleeps!)

My DD did this. They are just thrashers and slowly gets better. Mine is now 10 weeks and still slightly there but so much better.
People used to say its wind but she done it every night and done it when awake so i knew it wasnt otherwise it would mean she had wind 24/7
