Post night feed insomnia

Has anyone got any tips for getting myself back to sleep after a night feed? LO is 9 months old, still breastfeeds 1-3 times per night and she sleeps in her own room.

We have a video monitor and I'm a light sleeper, so I'm awake whenever she wakes up/ coughs / anything really. After a feed I come back to bed, baby can take a little while to settle on her own, so I'm awake waiting for her to sleep. Then I'm just awake (reading Mumsnet for hours) while my DH snoozes on...

It's been an hour and a half now and I know we will have another wake up tonight. Please say it's not just me! 😩

I'm in a different time zone but always used to have this after night feeds. The only way I found to get back to sleep was go for a wee, have a drink of water then put on a cooling eye mask - so wasn't tempted to look at my phone - and lie still with my eyes closed. This stage passes, you'll get there x
