Hi looking for some advise please!!! My one year old has always been a great sleeper but over the last 4-5 weeks has been waking up before 6am! It’s usually when my husband gets up at 5.20 that first disturbs him. He would of settled back off to sleep before but now he doesn’t and is ready for the day. He was a 7-7 baby before this. He naps well (2 hrs, sometimes 2 and half, in morning and 1hr+ in afternoon) and has morning and bed bottle (both 7oz) with 3 meals + snacks during the day. We have adjusted his bedtime to later to see if that made any difference, I have also offered pre bedtime snack in case it is hunger... nothing really makes a difference. Should I reduce day time naps? Or should I drop the morning bottle now in case he is waking for comfort?! I don’t know what to do! 🤦🏼♀️
