10 week old naps

At my wit's end with 10 week old, she sleeps 8 hours at night but I cannot get her to nap during the day for any length of time.

She will feed to sleep but 5 mins after I put her down she's awake again. She'll also fall asleep in the pram (after about 30 minutes walking) but wakes as soon as I stop. Don't drive unfortunately.

The result is that by 7pm or so she's so overtired she gets hysterical. I'm also exhausted as I don't get a minute's break from morning to evening. Any suggestions?

I'm in the same situation OP I know how you feel. Hope someone has some ideas for us?!

Have you tried putting her in a sling for naps? Pretty much the only thing my 12 week old has napped in

Fourth trimester. Utterly normal. They want to be held.

Is normal at this age. Google the 4th trimester.
Although I do completely understand how frustrating this is. My dd was the same at this age, somebody gave me a sleepyhead pod and it was a game changer.
I know they’re not recommended for
Safe sleeping but I used it entirely under supervision as I never could sleep when she slept anyway but being able to put her down helped me loads.
I promise it gets better though she’s not 6 months sleeps in her own room at night for around 12 hours and naps in it during the day. She goes down awake now and self settles so keep going it does improve
