How to settle 3 month old

My 3 month old baby has been doing really good stretches at night, usually 9pm until 5/6am. But her daytime napping is terrible! She just will not settle. I spend ages & ages settling her & then she’ll only stay a sleep for about half hr. the only thing that seems to work is taking her out in the pram but that is just exhausting me with all the walking.
A friend of mine suggested a dummy but I’ve never been keen & would worry if introducing one now would interfere with her sleep at night if she started needing to wake for the dummy.
Does anyone have any advice on settling for day time naps?
Thank you xx

This isn't unusual and she is obvs doing a lot of sleeping at night. A few 30 mins naps a day is probably enough when she's sleeping like that at night.

I doubt there's anything you can do but I'm sure it will change in another few months

I just walk mine for miles in the sling, and I don't have your good night time sleep. On the plus side I'm now incredibly fit!
