5 month old rolling

My LB was a great sleeper, theb he was pretty s@#t, then he got good again......and now he's learned to roll from back to tummy but not the other way. So he does this in a light sleep phase and he wakes up screaming bloody murder. It's often every 2 hours.

The easiest way to settle him is to feed him but I'm knackered and I can't carry on feeding him all the time especially when I know he doesn't need it.

Any suggestions how to stop him rolling kr just how to deal with this would be welcome....

Take a big bath towel and roll it. Then place the towel on baby's side to prevent rolling. IF he knows how to roll from both sides, put two towels, one on each side.
I used to place one on DD1, under her armpit.
