My LO has just turned 9 months. We were on a good routine where he would take 2 naps a day - 45 mins in the morning and 1.5-2 hours in the afternoon. I would give him his milk after his naps (never before) he would then sleep approx 7-6 at night with one feed in the night. However the past couple of days he has cut his afternoon nap short - I gave him some milk to resettle him (which worked) but now I’ve found he’s waking for milk mid nap. I’ve also found we’ve gone from one night wake up to more and the only thing that will resettle him his milk...it now seems like he’s lost his ability to settle without milk. Before we hit this road block I was even wondering about dropping the night feed as he eats lots of solids in the day and has plenty of milk. Help. I feel like it’s all gone wrong
