Waking Baby From Naps

Looking for a bit of advice.

My daughter is 10 weeks old tomorrow, since about 5 or 6 weeks we had been in a good sleep pattern where she would have a few short 20-30 min naps during the day, a big 3 hour nap at one stage usually late afternoon and then be awake until bedtime between 8-9pm. With this routine she was taking her bedtime feed then sleeping until about 3/4, waking for a feed then back down til about 6 or 7.

Then we had a bad night about a week ago, she was awake and crying the whole night and kept both me and my hubby awake, so we were exhausted the next day (so was she) so we let her sleep all day.
Since then most of her daytime naps have been between 3-5 hours and we still do bedtime between 8-10 depending on when her last nap was. She's then waking up at about 3am and not going back to sleep until about 7am.

Should I start cutting her naps short to get her back into the day/night routine? If so how long should her daytime naps be?

Needless to say I am exhausted.

I found trying to cut naps or interfere in sleep at that age made it worse as she would get overtired and find it very very hard to sleep. Everyone is different, but personally I would keep an eye on their cues, let them sleep when they want to, and although it doesn't seem like it will it does get better; 12ish weeks was the turning point for us. It's bloody hard though.
