Time to cut the nap?

We are in sleep hell at the moment!

DD2 has just turned 2, has been a great sleeper until we moved house about a month ago.

She then didn't want us to leave the room at bedtime or nap time, fair enough I thought, with all the change.

She then started waking 2-4 times a night, again I put this down to the change of room etc.

Now it's taking her 1-2 hours to fall asleep at night!! And we still have to stay with her or she goes ballistic 😩. And she's STILL up a couple times during the night then up for the day around 6 🤦‍♀️

She sleeps for 1hr (we wake her) at lunchtime. Bedtime is normally 7 o'clock.

Someone please help me out!

Yes cut it down to 30 mins and see how you go

I actually cut it to 45 mins today and you'd think the world was going to end. She was absolutely sobbing her heart out and just lay on the floor crying - felt so bad! And it STILL took her 90 mins to fall asleep at bedtime

Normal at around 2. Ride it out. You could gradually cut the nap down, but I'm not convinced based on my own experience it'd make any difference. My two year old can have no nap and still spend an hour pissing about at bedtime. His brother was the same.
