Hi
Just seeing if anyone else has experienced what we are going through and hoping I can get reassurance that it will pass!
Almost 6 month old who is a super self settler has for the last few weeks been waking and usually re settling multiple times between 12am-2am. He then goes to sleep before waking for 3am 150ml expressed bottle. Most times he self settles each time but it can be every 10 mins. Occasionally we go in and re settle if its going on for a while. He doesn't really cry, just moans a bit, shouts and chatters. He also does 1-2 min wake ups and quick re settles often between 9-10pm and sometimes 4-5am. Very occasional nights he only wakes for his quick feed and nothing is different on those nights as far as I can tell.
Day sleeps usually great. 50 mins am, 2 hrs at lunch time and 30 mins just before 5. Great feeder. Don't think he's too hot or too cold. We don't use a dummy as got rid of it as he was waking up every time he spat it out.
Any ideas what might cause this and if anyone else has experienced similar how long until it passed?
Thanks mamas

No help I’m afraid but my self-settler does this; if she wakes for her night bottle before 3.30am she generally nods off again quickly and sleeps till 6. If she wakes after 3.30am she has the feed and then chatters/shouts/sings/throws her teddy around as she tries to convince us it’s morning. Sometimes she resettles at around 5.30 for half an hour. Sometimes she doesn’t and I drown myself in tea.
