Hi all, I'm so sorry if there is already a ton of threads about this same thing but I am at my wit's end!

I have a 22.5 month daughter who has always been a great sleeper from the get go. Usually does 7:30-7:30. I know, we are very lucky!

Starting about 3 weeks ago she started crying when it was bed time and I out her in her cot. I tried soothing her by patting her back or holding her hand which led to "mummy hand" every time she goes to sleep. I didn't mind doing this as it was only a couple of minutes and she was gone and then slept all night.

Then we went on holiday for 10 nights where he sleep was pretty much the same, she went to bed at the normal UK times and I held her hand for a couple of minutes each night and she would again sleep through the rest of the night.

We arrived home last Thursday early hours of the morning. Saturday night all hell starts. Took my husband 2.5 hours to get her to sleep however she did then sleep all night. Sunday, different story, went off to sleep then woke up at 8:30 and did not resettle until 11, then was up again at 12. I tried what I thought was everything, cuddling her, telling her it's ok, reading her a story telling her mummy's here etc. She switches between daddy cuddle or mummy cuddle to maximise the time she's not in bed! Last night was our worst night, and subsequently she is still asleep at 09:30 this morning. She would wake up and cry for us, I have tried leaving her to cry but she just gets herself into such a state and I don't think it's good for her at all. I'm lost! We are trying for another baby and at this point if I'm pregnant I might feel disappointed!! Confused
