Cot bed bedding

Hello, first time poster so hoping I'm in the right place! I was just wondering when parents started giving their children a duvet and pillow for bed time? LG is currently 15 months and we are still using a sleeping bag, wondering when people usually switch to a pillow and duvet, and the best ones to buy! Thank you Grin

Ds was in a sleeping bag until 2 and a half years old. He switched to a duvet when he went into a bed. He had a pillow from age 1
