I’m so tired and don’t know what to do.
My 8 month old DS is and always has been a bad sleeper. We’ve never had a night since he was born when he’s slept through. He’s breastfed and has two bottles of expressed milk in the day and feeds at night from me. This is of course, part of the problem.
But the hardest thing at the moment is that he won’t settle during the night unless he’s in our bed and we have to be holding his hands. My DP holding one hand. Me holding the other.
It’s exhausting and my back is killing me. I’m also not getting more than an hour or two’s sleep in a row. Can anyone help?
