10 MONTH OLD SLEEP ISSUES-HELP

Our 10 month old until 2 days ago, would happily take 2 naps a day and fall asleep at the boob around 8pm and sleep almost through the night, give or take a feed or two (I can cope with that).

She is currently going through a leap so I guess that is why we're struggling at the moment but she just will not go down, or stay down!!
The last two nights she's been up every 45 mins or so, staying up for an hour and a half between 3:30am-5am last night. Tonight she just won't go down at all. She's been getting worse over the last month or so.

I've tried boob, white noise, paracetamol as she's cutting a tooth (although her 7 previous teeth didn't bother her), singing, dummy, teddy, cuddling, co-sleeping. She is just screaming through them all.
My other half cannot help as he's never been able to settle her, and I don't know what to do!!!

It wouldn't be so bad, but we both work and both have to be up at the crack of dawn so I need help before I go insane 🙃

I could have written this post myself! I feel you - although for me it's often at the be of the bedtime routine and absolutely refusing day naps!!! Past week my DD has taken 30 mins in the day and thats it - or 5 mins like today!!!!!!!!!
Killing me!!!!

Knackered.
She's teething and on wonder week leap. Also trying new moves - getting into crawling or shuffling on bottom position!!! Could this be it?

Help us more experienced mums!!!Smile

Anyone have any advice? Anyone?

It’s the bastarding 9-month sleep regression. Absolute hell. I never found a way to fix it, but they do seem to just grow out of it after a while and go back to whatever they were doing before. Hang in there, you’re not doing anything wrong.
