Hi.
My son is 3. Good sleeper on the whole. In a cot bed, no sides on or anything. Never falls out. Have bought him a lovely bed with a nice new mattress (better than mine😄). But now having a flap as I'm wondering if it's too soon to make the move.
So my question is when would you/ did you move your little darling to a big bed??
Thanks Smile

Sounds about right to me. I think mine went into a single bed at age two. My DC are 21 months apart in age and we needed the cot for the younger one. We didn’t have a got bed. Moved from cot straight to a bed.

once fully toilet trained day and night.
mind you plastic sheeting and towels underneath can make a difference.

Dd went into a single bed with side on at 12 months old and so did one of my other dc, much easier for me to get in if needed in the night to settle them.

He's not dry at night but you ladies are making me feel like I've made the right move.
Thank you.
