Looking for advise on a good Moses basket for under £100 finding it difficult to find any with any good reviews Smile

I think they’re all much and such the same which is maybe why there’s not much in terms of reviews.

Avoid extra faff/frills/canopies etc - SIDS risk.

Then decide if you want one that rocks or not. They’re in them for so little time (or not at all depending on baby you get) that you just need to make sure they’re safe.

I didn't have one for my first and never wanted one but do for my second
I just got a second hand Claire de lune Cocoon (£40 barely used), I like it because it feels sturdier than one I had looked at in aldi (which was a bonus when my 2year old plays row row row your boat in it or as a climbing frame)
It is heavier to carry up and down the stairs though...
As for the stand, we have one that rocks but I don't use it like that at all. If I need to rock little one then I just pick her up and get the job done faster.

They are all much of a richness, it is essentially a wicker basket. The rocking stand was the best bit as far as I was concerned. Just get a cheap one with a waterproof mattress. They are only in them for such a short time anyway.
