4.5yo waking in the night

She starts school in September and is currently at Pre-school 4 days a week. We live rurally near a beach so she's pretty active and (I assume) worn out by bedtime.

She's had a bedtime routine since 3mo. Bath (most nights) story and then sleep. We gave up the dummy when she was 2 and since then if she wakes in the night she can't self settle. And she wakes almost every night 🙄

She wants to sleep next to me but not DH. They are not good bedfellows!! Consequently she goes on the other side of me and I can't sleep because I'm squashed! If I send her back to bed she cries. It's getting horrible. I'd hoped she would have grown out of this by now.

Please can you help?

Just read the latest review for this on Amazon....possibly the best review I have ever read! www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07NJ742G7?ref=myi_title_dp&tag=mumsnetforu03-21 looks like your little girl is the perfect age for this or something similar!
