My 22 month has become a real pain at bedtime for the last few weeks. She screams when it’s her daddy’s turn to put her to bed, kicking and lashing out. It’s not much better when I do it, won’t have her pjs put on and won’t settle, shouting and crying. Her bed time is 8pm, we can’t physically do it any earlier due to our jobs, but this wasn’t a problem before and she still sleeps until 7 but now we have at least 1 hour of screaming before she settles.She has one nap in the day after lunch for 1-2 hours. Anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how we can improve things would be great.
