My 5month old is now rolling over in her sleep and waking up and would've usually slept through the night.😭 now she's up at least 3 times a night and difficulty sleeping... any advice I don't know what to do

That's a tricky one! There's not much you can do, except go to her and help her roll over on to her back again. Maybe set up a mobile or something above the cot so she has something to look at and is less likely to roll while still awake. And give her lots of tummy time during the day so she works on the muscles and co-ordination she'll need to roll from her front to her back by herself.

With my 2 this stage lasted about 4-6 weeks, until they were able to roll back over again consistently. I rolled up 2 bath towels and placed them under the sheet of the cot and placed the baby between them on their back so they couldn't roll over. When they figured out how to roll back again, I took them out.

Can you put a rolled up blanket of towel next to her so she can’t roll?

Is she in a sleeping bag?

Let her roll, don’t interfere. She’ll learn really quickly how to make herself comfy

I wouldn't introduce rolled up blankets and things! They'd be a suffocation hazard. It's tiresome having to wake and go to her in the night, but it's just not worth the risk.
