Sleep worsening at 8m

We haven't done any sleep training with our daughter. She is just coming up to 8 months and she's starting to wake up a lot more overnight than she ever has before. I thought she would naturally fall into a rhythm as our son did around this age, but it seems to be getting worse.

She is cutting 6 teeth at the same time so I understand this would be upsetting her overnight. But I wondered if anyone could share their sleep routine or any tips, in case it's not just down to her teeth? We don't have a proper routine during the day either, could this be having an effect? Or are we doing the right thing by just letting her find her own rhythm?

Thanks x

It's so tough isn't it! I've had a couple of sample daytime routines from my local friends who have always been rigid with them, but their babies are waking a lot overnight too. Apparently the sleep regression at this age is a killer for everyone?!

My DD has just turned 8m and her sleep is currently awful... sometimes up for 90 mins twice in the night. She's still breastfed and would rather sleep on me than on her back and pings awake as soon as I put her down Confused
