7month old evening waking

7 months (8 in a few days)
Currently having 3 meals a day and 3 5oz bottles during the day (won't physically drink anymore)
8am Bottle, mid afternoon bottle and bedtime 7pm bottle.
2 naps averaging around 30/40mins

She would then previously sleep at 7 then have another 10pm then 3/4amish bottle.

Now she's goes to bed at 7 and it's wide wake again within an hour some days staying up until around 11pm and screaming for feeds as if I'm starving her.

She refuses to drink any through the day other than in the afternoon.
Is this normal behaviour for her age and considering she has dropped her bottles. She just won't stay asleep in the evening.
Come the actually night 11pm onwards she's fine and sleeps. Not sure why she's not staying asleep Hmm all of a sudden.

It sounds like she is treating it like a nap and then is not ready to go back to sleep. Not too sure about the feeding though. Does she fall asleep on the bottle? Is she trying to feed back to sleep? Or doesn't sound like that much nap time. Could you try a third nap and later bedtime? I don't know if that would crack it though. It sounds tough!

2 short naps a day doesn't sound enough. Could she be overtired and treating 7pm as another nap instead of bedtime? Any way you can extend daytime nap?

I've tried to get a third nap in but it's hard enough getting two.
Even walks in the pram are starting to fail😂 she pushes herself up with her elbows to look out the pram

Don't have any wisdom but I feel your pain trying to get in more daytime naps... Life is too exciting as a baby!

Oh dear she sounds overtired. 1 hour total naps a day is way too little. Good luck with getting her to sleep more! I’ve got one that wakes after 30 minutes from naps as well. Drives me nuts. Takes me 20 minutes to get him back to sleep in his (totally dark!) room but then he’ll sleep another hour or so

Many years ago, my DD used to do this. I got her to sleep longer in the day by going to bed with her and co sleeping for 2 hours mid morning. DS at nursery, DD loved it as she was normally in her own room. I loved it too!
Not sure if co sleeping is still ok as this was 25 years ago. If it is, try that.
